ACID-WASHED ACTIVATED CARBON

Acid wash activated carbon - is a specially treated adsorbent obtained by treating standard activated carbon with acidic solutions. This treatment process removes mineral impurities, changes the surface chemistry and improves the performance of the carbon. With its purified pore structure, enhanced surface acidity and altered adsorption properties, acid-washed activated carbon provides superior performance in applications requiring high purity and specific pH conditions. It is widely used in water treatment, pharmaceutical processing and other applications where ash content and pH control are critical.
